Noor Alzayer serves as the Experience Partnership Management Director at King Abdullah Financial District since July 2023. Her role involves establishing partnerships to meet marketing, corporate communication, and experience goals, driving value, leads, and brand recognition. She’s responsible for activating partnerships and agreements, managing assets, monetizing events through sponsorships, and overseeing commercial rights. She led the partnerships and sponsorships department of STC from 2019 onward, overseeing initiatives including LEAP, GITEX Dubai, MWC Barcelona, and others. She oversaw marketing and events for Lincoln International, while at Banque Saudi Fransi, she served as a corporate relationship manager. Alzayer holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and certifications from the Project Management Institute, INSEAD, Oxford University, and the London Business School.
